If I could have given 10 stars I would for this review, not just for the food and service but for the above and beyond service! ... My wife at Christmas 2021 got me the Ontario mug from their Canada collection and needed the East Coast for my collection. Ilooked and all they had was the Canada mug and was going to have to try and find another Starbucks ( we were visiting fromOntario). My wife suggested I speak with someone and I was introduced to Nadine the Manager. I explained what was going on andshe got on her phone and tracked one for us about 10 mins away and she was able to get one on hold. Thank you so much Nadinefor you outstanding Customer Service! Last July 15, 2022 I would like to give a huge shoutout to the Starbucks employee( I dont want to mention her name) at the... Starbucks, 361 Champlain St, Dieppe, NB E1A 1P2. I am partner so I know how customer connection works. You don't to be have torude to me and ask a question about my work store license. I got my drink made wrong and I didn't complain because I was already late on my appointment. I felt so embarrased, a lot of customers are looking at me. good coffee. not the fastest service. i only ordered a regular coffee and still had to wait 10 minutes for my coffee.
