Very slow service and order was wrong; had items missing. 6 individual items missing from our Ultimate Basket Order 2x Potato... Salad 2x Macaroni 2x *GRAVY INLUDED* The order was promised too us on 6:23, having arrived at 6:35 the order was not readyroughly until 6:40. The store felt unsanitary, the handles were greasy the windows had streaks and marks all over them. Thechicken size for the thigh compared the drumstick is bizarre. definitely seems like food shrinkage and less value for theconsumer took affect. I usually have no expectations for fast food simply because it's fast food. However, the fries they gave me are so gross, it is... actually garbage. I wish I stayed behind to check the quality of my fries before I left so I could've asked for a new batch. Read more
I would definitely lean more towards submitting a positive review than a negative. But I feel that even though it's a fast food... chain, this issue should still be brought to the forefront. The issue at hand is food presentation and cleanliness. I hadpurchased four boxes of Tuesday chicken and fries specials, and in the past we have always enjoyed the food there.Unfortunately, we experienced a long piece of hair in our chicken. They need to implement more stringent regulations when itcomes to mandatory hair-nets on all levels of restaurant businesses. We will no longer be purchasing food at that establishmentwhich, in prior experience, had been a go-to for deep-fried chicken and fries. Read more
This location is clean, but decor leaves a bit to be desired and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The KFC always... has a bunch of really good online coupons, so be sure to check those out before you order. It?s always been fresh and tasty.The popcorn chicken was a bit subpar, but the sandwich and chicken tenders are great ! You can once again dine in and thewashroom is also back to being open. Worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. I ordered online and went there on time to pick up my order. Waiting almost 30... minutes until my order got ready. I checked with staff to make sure that my order is correct. Then I came back home and foundthat I have wrong items in my packet. I called the branch and they didnot accept their mistake and when I asked to speak withtheir manager, they told me to come by two days later on Monday. Apparently this store is managed poorly and their rude staff donot take responsibility of their mistakes. Never come back here again. Read more
