I was here 2 days ago on Saturday around 7:30pm to grab a late night drink and I had accidently ordered the wrong smoothie bc I... was tired and didn't notice at first. When I realized that I actually meant to order a different drink, I asked if it waspossible for him to change it if he hadn't already started making it, and he happily said that it was okay. Terrible service. I have never been forced to add orange juice or passion fruit into my strawberry banana smoothie. Today I... ordered my regular strawberry banana smoothie and I was asked to choose orange juice or passion fruit into my smoothie. When Irefused to add either of these choices into my smoothie, I was told that ?You have to?. I said ?Why?? and the answer was ?It isthe order of our new manager?. I told them, ?I have never been forced to add orange juice or passion fruit into my smoothiebefore?. Instead of getting a smoothie texture, I got a juice texture, and a very sour taste of this thing. After eating here I get to look forward to being sick at work now. I ordered something that is dairy free that I have ordered... several times before. The veggie and hummus wrap which has the ingredients listed and cheese isn't one of them. Of course I haveto walk down the street to find somewhere to sit and eat on my lunch break so I didn't have time to wait another 10 minutes forthem to re make it when I went back to re read the ingredient list .. if you're going to add allergens to food like dairy youneed to put that on the ingredient list.
