Charged my debit card. Manager advised me payment didn?t go through, so I showed her my account was charged. Very rude and... horrible customer service. Called my bank who confirmed payment did get charged to my account! Read more
Horrible costumer service. I ordered via skip the dishes for pick up and sadly chose the wrong store. When picking up from the... wrong location we stated my name and order and the two employers shrugged and handed a bag. When opening the bag when at mydestination I realized it was the wrong order. Called the store and realized it wasn?t mine and they continued to argue that itwas my order after I repeated the name and order number. Which at the time they could have listened and realized that wasn?t theorder name. A few minutes later the location I ordered at said my meal is waiting. The owner was extremely disrespectful andblamed the whole mishap on my mistake rather than her employees who just handed any random order off to someone withoutclarifying. Will not be back. Read more
