First time Customer alert ?? ???? Wow, very disappointing and deceiving menu. Came in as their outside photos look... promising. Food: Had their Angus burger custom. Cons: -Their payment machine needed to be restarted and checked to see ifpayment went through, which was a bad experience. -They say, "Unlimited topping." NO, this is not true as the worker said nowhen we wanted to add more on our topping when it wasn't even full. -She also gave me not even a full tomato. It was a smallhalf slice.. -Same time, she added everything to both of the burgers when it should have been only 1 burger. -The cost for theburger is way too expensive for a small burger. I can make it at home for a better price. -The burger was wrapped terrible, andeverything was falling apart. Pros: -Only thing I can say is that they have a lot of seating and it's in the mall forconvenience. Located next to TELUS.. The BEST chicken burger I've had in a while. Make your own, I even got fries ON mine. The staff there... are pleasant and friendly. Thank you for an awesome meal and experience. We will be back!!! Read more
GREAT gluten free burgers. I have been coming here for a few years and I have to say they are my favorite burgers in the greater... Vancouver area. The burgers are delicious and they have good gluten free options. They are very knowledgeable and careful withthe handling when it's an allergy request. They have GF buns, separate toaster, no fillers in the patties and a dedicated frierfor the fries:) Read more

Terrible customer service, would definitely not come back here. Pros: - The beef patty is pretty good. - restaurant layout... seems nice and open area. Cons: - workers there look like they don't want to be here, quite rude when you want to askquestions. - there are over 30 toppings to choose from and they don't tell you how much we can select maximum, only selectedabout 4 small toppings (this includes the mayo by the way which was a flat spread), and the worker would say she can't doanymore, we already paid $9 for a small burger and McDonald's can provide a bigger burger than that for $3 and taste better. -portion size is small. - you asked for tomatoes as a topping, you'll get one skinny slice. - very expensive for what it is. -tables are dirty.
