i wish i want to give 0 star for this location... this is my 5th time that i ordered my bagel with cream cheese everytime when i... ate it i felt there is no cream cheese on it other tim hortons are doing good this location people are not understanding aminimum basic thing that they have to fill some cream cheese on the bagel as they are charging on it right they are not givingit for free? i am attaching the pics you can clearly see there its nothing on my bagel. next time i will open infront on themand ask them for sure. I am a regular customer and am disappointed by the lack of customer service you receive at this location. I use drive thru every... morning and the people working drive thru have got to be the most miserable people. No smiling no greeting and absolutely zeromanners. Time for an overhaul of the staff and better training. Read more
