We ordered three rolls from New Tokyo Sushi. I thought the scallops in the roll was good! They added imitation crab in the roll... to bulk up the roll. I'm used to the roll just having scallops (with Masago optional).. There was a little hair in the scalloproll. You can see it in the close up on the cucumber.. The rice in all the rolls were subpar. I didn't like the rice at all.It's dense, compact, and cold. Some of the grains were hard and broke apart into powder. Presentation was nice. Just FYI forother customers: The BC roll uses *tempura cooked salmon without skin*. The sauce is terryaki sauce. This is a little differentfrom what we were used to in the lower mainland as the BC rolls are usually salmon skin with some meat but definitely needed thegrilled skin. Read more
Ordered a large meal from here this evening, including a Kazan roll and a tuna Tataki roll, for takeout. Got home and noticed... there were two Kazan rolls and no tuna Tataki roll. Went back to be told we?re wrong and that we?ve definitely been given one ofeach. As you can see from the attached, that isn?t the case. The food was good considering a small town. No complaints in that regard. However, I arrived at 8:07 and was immediately ready... to order. The restaurant closes at 9:00. I ordered a udon and sushi. The waitress was very impatient with me and kept rushing meto eat faster. The udon arrived first and I finished by 8:20. The sushi did not arrive until 8:35. I finished it by 8:40 andleft. The lady taking the take out orders is rude, doesn't help customers, needs major attitude asjustment. Food may be good because... of the guys making sushi but she puts a terrible taste in a person's mouth by her terrible attitude. Will not order there. Read more

Best Sushi in town. The Power Roll taste great, has a crunchy exterior texture and pops with balance sweet and savoury. The...
