This Mcdonalds is usually fine. However, my last visit was absolutely horrible. I went through the drive-thru, I asked for no... cheese due to an allergy. They asked me to park because my order wasn't ready. When I received my order it had cheese, so I wentthrough the drive through again. They took the incorrect burger at the 1st window. At the 2nd window, they told me to pay forthe new burger, when I said it was a replacement they demanded I give them the burger I had already given them. Then they said Iwould have to park again and wait. I said I wasn't satisfied with this service. The manager walked away without answering me,then she said loudly to the people in the kitchen "All because we put cheese on it!". ... I had asked for a very easyaccommodation because of an allergy, I was very disappointed by the service. Read more
Went into drive through, and did not check my package. It turned out, that they gave me just a half of my order. So... disappointing for my kids. Would never go there again. Read more
I've been disappointed by so many McDonald's restaurants in the city for the last year (Larry Utek and Bedford locations) but... stopped at this one today for lunch and was amazed by the incredibly friendly staff at the drive-thru and how hot the food was!Excellent location, keep up the great work and service!
