We ALWAYS get the wrong food. Every time I?ve called over the last YEAR, the phone has been off the hook or just not answered. 5... minutes ago they decided that chicken nugget happy meals no longer include the chicken nuggets ???? Along with the happy mealmishap in this order, they didn?t include 2 milkshakes or the white milk ordered with the happy meal. I usually don?t complainto google reviews, and it?s my own fault for ordering from them tonight knowing they always screw up, just thought I?d share myexperience. Worst McDonald's in the HRM. The only one I've ever had an issue with. They nearly always get your order wrong and the food is... always just thrown together so sloppily. Just got breakfast from there and yet again they really messed up. Firstly it took 20minutes to get the breakfast. They were clearing their tickets way before the food was ready (must be timed on this orsomething) so this is likely one of the reasons why the orders get so messed up. They cleared my ticket number and then cameover and said it would be a bit longer as they had to put fresh hash browns in. I then had to wait 10 minutes for the hashbrowns so their ticket time was 10 minutes quicker than it actually took to get my food. Breakfast burritos didn't have anycheese in them and they completely forgot the chocolate milk I ordered. Head office should really get involved with thislocation because it's a trainwreck. Read more
Worst McDonalds in the HRM. Leave you're meal sitting out on the counter for 7 minutes and say ah it's still warm. Oh we had... to get 3 drinks and 2 ice creams. No you're more interested in drive thru count. Have workers that just don't care. Read more
