Starbucks has become so over trendy it's really lost the charm that made it great.
The people at this location are great. They are always friendly and good-natured and for the most part the coffee is prepared... just the way I like it. The location seems to be busier than when I first started going there after my local shut down becauseof covid. It can also be very noisy. My friends and I will go to another coffee shop if we want to sit in and talk which is ourpreference. One day recently I had to wait 15 minutes to get my coffee. The staff were run off their feet. I felt for them butI also wanted my coffee. Getting into the parking area can be tricky, I might even say dangerous at times and sometimes youcan't get a spot without waiting.. I'd like to suggest you reopen the Starbucks next to the Chapters Indigo Store on MicMacBlvd. It was a great location. There was no problem with parking. It was never too noisy, whether that was the crowd itattracted, the size of the space or a little of both. It's in a pretty densely populated area as well. Starbucks always has good customer service but the staff at this location specifically are so amazing. They are always smiling,... the drive-thru goes quickly, and they always make the time to include a pup cup for my dog. Read more
