Awful Service. Ordered in the drive through, we got to the window and the lady had no idea what we ordered (2 smoothies and a... Italian soda) and she had to ask several times with a terrible attitude, they forgot to ring in one of the drinks and theydidn?t respond nice when I told them. Plus a very long wait time. My lovely husband tried to get me a coffee in this place only to be mocked and humiliated by the person on the drive thru... because of his English. He?s still learning and that?s not an excuse for anyone to bully and make fun of him. English is hissecond language, I bet this lady only speaks English. What a shame to have this kind of people serving customers, I wouldn?trecommend going there if English is not your first language, otherwise you would be laughed at your face and the lady would tellyou that your English is poor while laughing at you. The staff here were so lovely despite being so overworked!! The cashier was simultaneously taking drive thru orders and taking... orders inside AND making drinks! As someone who used to work for McDonald's, that is super unsustainable. But still giving 5stars just because the drinks were delicious and the staff was super friendly. Read more
