I'd love to share my experience with the Swiss chalet in Dartmouth crossing. We were having a staff party for our leadership... team, so I placed our order several hours in advance. Upon delivery, we had unfortunately been missing most of our order. Wedrove up to the restaurant and spoke with the take out team. The manager there, handled the situation in a way that made mequestion my own managerial skills! She listened, she was apologetic, she was understanding, she even kept the entire situationfun. She had our meals remade, redelivered, free of charge, wrote a lovely message on out order bag and even threw in Lindtchocolates. This was the most amazing example of customer service.
