Unfortunately, we will not be dining at this location again, they have a severe problem with mice, and do not seem to mind. We... have ordered in the drive thru multiple times, but tried to dine in tonight. Long story short, we saw a mouse in the diningarea, scurrying around freely. We went to the drive thru to request a refund (as to not embarrass them at the counter in frontof 10 people waiting for their orders). We were not taken seriously, laughed at and told they've done "lots for the mice sothere's nothing we can do anymore." Not the kind of people I want handling my food. Read more
I had the worst experience today around 1230 I walked in and the older woman taking orders was really rude raising her voice at... people in line....she had no customer service skills and then I couldn't eat all of lunch so I walked up to the counter andasked the younger girl behind the counter for a bag she rolled her eyes like I wasnt supposed to ask...in my opinion they needto have a refresher on customer service skills...cause a restaurant with unwelcoming staff will just make you lose customers. Trying to place our order we had to repeat it 3 times, 3 of 4 burgers were still incorrect, there should have been 3 Large fries... and a poutine, instead we got 4 regular fries and while waiting for our food I personally seen a mouse run from the garbages,across the floor and enter a hole at the bottom right corner of the cashier counter.
