I have used online ordering 4 times this year and every single time they make significant mistakes. Once in a while I... understand. We are human. But every single time is insane. It's a sandwich not the hoover dam. A 10 year old could work here anddo better. Read more
Terrible service, no bread on a Friday at 7:30pm, and then wouldnt refund the money spent on the app to order the sandwiches... they couldn?t make. The 2 young ladies decided closing the store early by 8pm was a better idea than offering other menu itemssince their friends were standing in the restaurant waiting for them to leave. We were also not offered any other options likeflat bread which was still available, instead we were told that they can?t do anything so they are closing the store. Trying tospeak with a manager is a waste of time. They only take your number to never call or rectify the problem, and apparentlyaccording to another worker only come in for about an hour a day at noon.
