We were heading out of town to go on a camping trip. We were very excited and in a great mood. We had a car full of people and... let the drive through lady know we were a big order and apologized. She sounded annoyed through the whole process but alas weget to the window and she?s still a ball of sunshine. My husband asked for ketchup and she says ?always? like we were stupid forasking. We had our tent trailer attached to our car and had to park out front. She refused to come to us and stood their untilwe walked over to her. All fine. Then we get on the highway and discover one of our fries is missing. Again not the end of theworld. What upset us the most was she totally lacked customer service and obviously was having a bad day. I gave it a 3 becausethe food was good. Hopefully whatever was upsetting her gets resolved. I?ve been in customer service most of my life and can?timagine being that miserable to one. Read more
We stopped after a long trip... ànd wanted a good burger of course hence *BURGER ???? king* so we attempted to order... hamburgers... but informed there was no burgers available... no beef patties at all.... also no ice for the soft drinks... thefries were too brown and burnt tasting.... Read more
My last 2 order have been completely messed up. I ordered numerous burgers with only ketchup, and not one was made properly. ... With that being said, the fries use to come out fresh and hot, but not recently, cold fries, messed up orders, and when I lookfor the receipt to contact them and report the mishap, no receipt. Unfortunately I don't see myself returning to thisestablishment anytime soon if at all, as Burger King is my favorite! Read more
