Service was great but the veggies were frozen on my sub. The lettece was wilted.
Ordered online, and they forgot to add the meat portion to one of my salads, I hadn't noticed. The staff called a few mins after... I picked up my food. And when I came back to get my order fixed, they made a new batch. I live out of town so the fact theycalled right away and corrected the issue, was fantastic! Great Customer Service!! Thank you! Got two subs for lunch today and they were the saddest things I?ve ever got from subway. Barely any lettuce (Apparently there?s... a shortage but no discount given.) The even cut the tomatoes in half so there?s actually only two slices for an entire footlong. For 12 bucks a sub I should at least get something edible. Not very happy. Read more
