This Tim Hortons has gone so down hill. In fact all the Timmy?s in Courtenay just aren?t good anymore. The employees are rude... and don?t care about anything. After school I ordered a sandwich with extra sauce and when the girl gave it to me I asked ifthis was the sandwich with extra sauce. She rudely said ?no. I didn?t put extra sauce on your sandwich, that?s all the sauce youneed.? Like excuse me?? She rolled her eyes when I asked why she wouldn?t just put extra sauce on it, and she snapped, ?BECAUSEYOU DONT NEED ANY.? I was genuinely dumbfounded that she was being so rude to me and embarrassing me when I was just asking forit to be made how I liked (they barely put any sauce in the sammys so they?re dry)There?s one male that works there that?s supernice but all the women there I find are nasty and have 0 customer service skills. Experience near to pulling teeth. Have ordered hot beverages that came cold. Received coffee instead of tea multiple times. No... breakfast items available at 4am though open all night. Cannot cut buns evenly. Toasted items are not toasted. Repeating myorder multiple times and they still don't get it right. Until recently this was my early morning go-to for a coffee and a muffin. Steadily over the last couple months my orders are... more often wrong than right. I will no longer be going here. It should be an easy thing to ensure your order is right when it isonly a coffee and a muffin. They are friendly, but that?s all for not when I get a coffee that is not what I ordered. Read more
Consistently bad service in drive thru. Consistently attitude from person at the window when you ask them for a sleeve for hot... coffee keeping in mind that I've already asked them for this at the order window because when I forot the girl at the windowrolled her eyes at me and gave a huge heavy sigh, as if it ruined her entire week. so going forward I ask them for a sleeve andto stir my coffee after they add the correct amount of cream and sugar, this does not matter sto have to remind them at thewindow for a sleeve and get the attitude glare. This is not the only place in Courtney to get a coffee. Just drop theattitude, I ask nicely. I find their drinks are well done, and the staff are friendly. BUT they almost always get the food wrong. Especially when asking... for a lettuce wrapped sandwich. Other locations don?t seem to have a problem with this. Tonight we asked for a lettuce wrappedsandwich, and they gave us a regular one. I gave it back and she repeated back to me lettuce wrap. Then they gave us it in awheat wrap!! Very frustrating. Read more
