Rude front desk woman . I inquired about soup , she proceeded to tell me rudely it would take 10 minutes to heat up ? not ?would... you like some , no problem ? . I spent $130 on my order . I also found a huge white or blond hair in my chicken balls. I havebeen ordering from this restaurant my entire life and after dealing with her and the hair I will never go back . This is the 3rd time we ordered the Chinese food that was the absolute best from 2012 till a couple of years ago. The 3 last... times an item has been forgotten and even though it was only a missing egg roll this time, the waitress chose to argue with methat the lady who packed it did put a paper bag with the roll in our bag! Really! It was a matter of wanting the egg roll thatprompted my call so I was basically called a liar even after I told her exactly what came in the large bag!
