We went for my brothers birthday lunch. The owner was rude to our group at every interaction. She made a big fuss about us... leaving a boxed cake on a chair to avoid it getting warm in a hot car (mid-august), rolled her eyes & tossed her arms in the air(yes really) when I asked if I could charge my battery on a side wall as I was at 1% & my dad was driving in from a 14hr driveand he would text or call if lost. She seemed annoyed helping our waiter place food. Our waiter & the hostess were both lovely &professional. Not to mention the meatballs taste frozen/old. It should be made fresh. Our lunch ended before 2p. No idea whythe owner was like this. She would do better just letting staff do their job as the staff was good. Read more
First time back in 4 years and terrible service again! My wife received her food and ate it all before I even had my food.... Waitress never asked if we needed another drink. Never asked if we needed additional bottomless salad/soup. Won?t be back, wewill spend out money elsewhere Read more
Owner was unfriendly and abrasive while first encountering us and helping to serve our table. I brought a cake from out of town... for my sons birthday, We were going to have it at his place afterwards since we were already told that we could not have it atthe restaurant. It was 31 degrees outside and hotter in the car so I brought it in to keep it cool on a chair. Owner was rudewhen telling me about the reasons it could not be served. I then told her why it was brought inside ( still taped up in thebox). She couldn't even smile while roughly placing our appetizer or food on the table. My daughter asked if she could chargeher phone for photos, at first she said no but then told her where she could plug it in then rolled her eyes and marched away.Place wasn't even busy.
