Quarter pounder dressed like a big Mac with extra pickles, seems to just be extra pickles and a LARGE chunk of onion.
Absolutely by far worst customer service I have ever received. I'm not feeling well, and wanted to grab something quick for... lunch while I am at work. I ordered a big mac with the coupon through the McDonald's app. It auto-selected the walmart location,by the time I got there (5 mins) the app stopped working and I couldn't pull up my order. As I was trying to get it to work onmy phone, the girl simply stood there with her arms crossed asking me what the order number was and stating that they neverreceived it. After experiencing her attitude with crossed arms, etc. I decided it wasn't worth my time and I would go to theother location s minutes down the road - surely they would be able to help. I waited in their long line up and when I got tothe speaker I was trying to explain what happened, and was cut off by the employee who exclaimed "yeah, the app isn't working,we've had other issues with that today." ...... so, I said right, that's what I was getting at, the app isn't working, but Iwould still like to place my order and have the coupon ordered. I was told they couldn't do that. I said it's not my fault theapp isn't working, and she retorted that it also wasn't her fault. I exclaimed that's not what I was suggesting, but sincetheir app isn't working I think they should still honour the price. She wouldn't. So, I asked to speak with a supervisor. Hegave me the same story, and even lied to me to say that he couldn't do anything as far as discounting the meal from their cashsystem (which I have worked with many cash systems in my life, and not one of them doesn't have some kind of feature in order toaddress situations like this.) and that there was nothing he could do. I spent an hour on my lunch break, trying to order ameal from McDonald's app that wasn't working and none of the McDonald's would honour the price of their own coupon despite theissue being their fault. Says open 24 7 but that?s a lie. 8 of us came through at 12:45 and they had garbage cans in the drive through to block it off.... You can?t trust the hours posted. They close at 12 when the dining room closes. I called to inquire because there were peopleinside but nobody answered the phone. Read more
It's just ok. It's McDonald's after all. When you're eating a burger out of a cardboard box, there really isn't anything great... to say!! I really wish they would stop cooking their patties with the onion on them, it's nasty. Read more
