I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. They are slow and doesn’t seem like they care… quality of the food... is bad as well. I love Taco Bell and it hurts how bad this restaurant is. Give me Taco Time instead! Read more
Minimum 25 min wait for drive through. Don’t understand how slow fast food can consistently be. By the time you get it you... food is cold and soggy. Always hoping for it to be decent as there isn’t any real locations in Metro Vancouver so real have nooptions. Only reason why this place is still operating. Hey @tacobell, you guys need to do better!! This was supposed to be a chili cheese taco but you can count the amount of beef... that’s in this thing. The manager of this branch told me this is how it’s done after I complained not once but twice. Read more
Absolutely the worst service ever. I pulled up to the drive through at exactly 3.40 pm 2 cars were ahead of me it took almost 10... mins to just get to the speaker to order when someone told me to wait I waited another 5 mins to order. Then had to wait 10mins to get my food So it took exactly 25 minutes to get my 1 Supreme crunch meal. Are you kidding me!!!! Then I start eating it and there is 0 beef ,????? As u can see by the pic It has no meat what so ever. I will never go back even though I live tacobell when I get what I order and not wait 25 mins for a small 1 persons meal. And no apologies nothing 2 cars I found of meneither of them had big meals from what I could see with bags that were given So unacceptable. My beef less beef Supreme crunch???? Read more

My order was completely missing the hot sauce I asked for: missing inside my burritos and I received none of the extra packets... on the side that I asked for. The other one, I ended up re-rolling myself. I would not recommend this location. Read more
