Went there for a casual dinner with my wife. Asked for lemon water, got served plain water. Had to ask for lemon 3 times before... it arrived on our table. Ordered nachos but no side plates were given. Had to ask for those as well. Then ordered butter chicken(substitute with Tofu and cauliflower) but got served chicken. Yet, the server had the attitude of not coming to table andapologized. Got attended by other server who then offered to order something else. Got Alfredo pasta and it was all dry andtasteless. food is good. it's a basic overpriced chain - but it delivers what you would expect. the bartender/manager here is super... friendly and sweet. the clientele that seems to frequent this location seems more down-to-earth than their other locations. Read more
I?ve been to almost all the browns location in all of the lower mainland and this location is by far my favourite. The staff is... always soo welcoming and do their best to make sure your wait isn?t very long. The manager Bella is absolutely awesome and sucha doll. And when ever my family goes we ask for a server named Leah. She is BY FAR the best server ever. She always gets ourorder right and somehow remembers what we like and how we like it (that?s talent) her personality makes our family outings thatmuch more fun. Pretty sure I saw a server steal my yam fry as it was being brought to me haha.. Hope she had clean hands... Either way Good... Vibes, good food, drinks are okay. Had my go-to Florida Special, this time they sliced it into 2 instead of 3 and I reallyenjoyed it! Server was kind. Read more
