Came in around 5 and ordered two drinks, they forgot the pearls in one and were more than happy to redo my order and apologized.... Leaving the store found out the lid wasn?t sealed, a worker off shift sitting in their car saw and offered to go in and re-sealit for me. Great customer service! Would gladly come again. Read more
I find the pearls over here is a tad more chewy and not as soft as other bubble tea places, but the brown sugar coffee milk tea... I got still had a good taste. I am not exaggerating - this is the only place I want to get bbt from in the lower mainland. I live in Richmond and I happily... drive to the coquitlam gong cha because out of all the places I've tried so far, this is the only one with non-dairy milk. TodayI asked for non-dairy milk and the manager literally ran across the street to buy more for me because they were out. How oftendo you see that kind of customer service?
