I went through the drive thru. It was quick. The person who took my order was friendly but the person at the window didn't seem... to want to be there and got miffed when I asked for a sleeve for my tea. Read more
I like this drive thru because they are fast. But today, my large chilli came with half a bun ???? Inflation? Edit - you just... spoilt my breakfast. Where is the spoon??? Ordered a loaded wrap, but they gave a loaded bowl. The reason the rating is 1 star is because when I asked for a refund for the... loaded bowl, then proceeded to purchase a loaded wrap, they were very rude with attitude and laughing about the interaction.Made a quick 3 minute order into an unenjoyable 10 minute ordeal. I come to this location regularly, usually at least once per week, almost exclusively through the drive through. I'd say about... 60% of the time they forget something, yet I still get charged for it. The quality of product is okay. Not amazing, notterrible, just okay. I know people complain about the coffee, but I still find it to be a decent and more affordable option forwhen you're on the go. I also love their soup. My kids also love their bagels. Those are the only reasons I continue to comehere, otherwise they would have completely lost my business a long long time ago because I've lost so much money to them at thispoint. I get that they're busy and I try to be forgiving, but it's just happened way too much at this point it's ridiculous. Read more

Came here after visiting the Lafarge Lake Christmas Lights. My cold brew coffee was ok. My wife's hot chocolate tasted terrible,... kind of a weird taste but she ordered normal with no flavoring. Our friend ordered candy cane flavor but got regular. Thecashier didn't believe her and went back through the orders. When the cashier acknowledged the error and said she'd makeanother, she still kept serving other customers! Very unprofessional. Read more
