THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. NEVER SUPPORT IT. this place has 3 teenagers who work in it. one of them is a young boy who knows... nothing about what he?s doing. i ordered an orange juice like i always do and he made me a smoothie. i politely asked him tomake me a juice because that?s what i ordered and he said ?it is a juice just drink it? in a very rude tone. i told him i alwaysget a freshly squeezed orange juice but he had no chill and kept arguing. this other girl always has a terrible attitude andwhen i asked her for an orange juice she gave me a carrot juice and said it was orange when i clearly saw her make a carrotjuice. the other teenage girl is extremely rude and always rolls her eyes. don?t support this location as it?s run by 3 brattyteenagers who clearly don?t know what they?re doing. Had a terrible experience yesterday. I always come to this location as I work in the mall. There?s 3 CHILDREN working here and... one older it seems, girl. I asked her for 2 snack sizes because my sister and I wanted our own drinks which should be normal??She gave me 1 regular size and argued with me it?s the same thing. Did she expect us to have to share a drink because she wastoo lazy to put it in 2 cups like I paid for? Been here several times and I only order one thing? a smoothie. 3 young girls work here who are really hostile towards... customers, and they give off the vibe they don?t care about the customers at all. On another occasion, I was waiting in line forabout 5 minutes to order. One of the girls was working alone and washing dishes, and when she finally saw me she said theyaren't serving customers for the next 15 minutes because they are cleaning. Had a terrible experience here today. The person helping me was not very kind or courteous towards efficiency or hygiene, the... sign on the bar says they give extraordinary customer service. I ordered a simple orange juice and a simple apple juice. Ordertaken at 3:42pm. Previous to our order she had cut a bunch of stuff on the cutting board and handled food without wearinggloves and without washing her hands, this is food safe 101 stuff. Wash and clean your space and wash your hands. She had anasty cloth sitting on the board full of wet juice and such. Before making our order I asked if she can remove the cloth andplease wash and sanitize the cutting board and her hands as she was also using her cell phone from her pocket to make a call andtext message someone while the juicer machine was not working properly. . She gave a look as if she was annoyed when I askedfor her to follow proper food safe policy and procedure. We received a orange juice drink and Then machine broke down againduring our order for the apple juice we waited almost 30 minutes for our order, we asked for a refund but were told it's notpossible, shortly after this the machine started working again, we were handed our drink without a sorry for the wait, or anykind of acknowledgement towards our patience for waiting, this employee was obviously annoyed and had zero sense of customerservice and zero sense of food safe and proper hygiene. Only after I said something did she then put gloves to make the juice. This was Saturday Jul 30th at about 3:42pm. I hope the manager or owner can retrain these staff on proper food safe handlingand hygiene. This is not acceptable and people can get very sick. Read more

So, the 5 stars I gave is just for the employee that was working here today (November 30th, 2022 (01:00pm). He was the best... employee. He was working alone and was very efficient and respectful. He was taking orders and making them as well. I will give?zero? stars to the owners of this place. I would request them to At least hire another person to help the employee. Thereshould be At least 2 people working at a time. There was huge lineup today and and was only one employee to serve all of them,and he did his best ! Kudos to him ! Read more
