Great coffee, though they did forget my cream in my "Canadiano." Fortunately they have a good roast so I could drink it black.
I made an order and it was just a mistake unknowingly what type of coffees they have as it?s our first time ordering from waves.... So i chose the wrong order, therefore I asked politely if we can exchange it to the coffee that we really wanted but the baristajust gave us a cold answer and said ?no, once the order has been made, we can?t change it anymore?. (In a frustrated way) Iunderstand the policy but honestly, i don?t see anything wrong on making a new coffee for a first time customer when it was justa mistake or with a nicer toned of voice will have the chance for us to come back but in disappointment. Please re-train yourstaff the proper customer service and your business will grow ???? Read more

The Nanaimo bar is too sweet but it is a good companion with coffee. The coffee bean is fresh in here. It has the best coffee... bean as to compare with other branches in BC. I guess the crowd and better sales at all. WAVE coffee got to think for thesolution about the storage of coffee bean to maintain the quality. Read more
