I've ordered pizza at least 3x from here and the garlic sticks half a dozen times and every time - except once - it's always... overcooked. The cheese is crusty and really dark and just loses all flavour. I've had enough - no more. I'm going elsewhere. Read more
Ordered a pizza online at 6:10. Apps tells me it's ready for pick up at 6:30. I got to the store by 6:35, and they told me the... pizza is not ready after scanning the counter. Then they just went on to deal with other customers and left me standing there. Iasked twice more and they just told me to wait without re-checking the counter. Finally around 7:00 I asked again, and this timethey found the pizza on the counter - it was there when I first arrived, they just didn't bother to check carefully. To makethings worse, they didn't bother apologizing at all. Just asked me to pay, and when I asked why they didn't find it the firsttime, they just avoided eye contact and not respond. I understand they are busy at the time. But I don't think I deserved thisattitude. Read more
Thia pizza place has decent service, reasonable prices, and is tasty and fresh.
We ordered via the iOS App, and the order quoted when we placed the order was $22. When I arrived to pick it up, the total was... $35! The manager argued with me and tried to lecture me that I need to wait for an email confirmation before picking up thepizza. But why would I need an email total if, when I placed my order, I was quoted $22? Makes no sense. The app has a problemand it's not the customer's fault. A customer should not be lectured at the store (in front of everyone) about a flawed orderingprocess by a rude manager. The manager told me that I should wait for an email confirmation before driving to pick up my order.But what if a customer is already nearby and waiting?
