While the food was good my wait in store for take out was long. The guy on the counter out front was on break. My food order... came up and I watched it sit there until someone from the DT came over and bagged it. Frustrating to watch. Do better! Read more
Had my worst experience today. Placed my order via the App at 5:07pm recieved notice my order was ready at 5:25 and entered the... store. Stood at the counter marked as APP and Delivery Pick Up for 20 minutes before I had to get someone's attention to pull myorder from the hot box. Finally departed the store at about 5:45 and arrived home to enjoy my now soggy taters and chicken onlyto discover 2 of the items were missing... I called the store and told them I'd be back to pick up the items in approx 10 mins.Arrived back at the store and stood at the App and delivery pick up counter for yet another 15 mins before flagging someone downto get the items. Which to my surprise were NOT ready for pick up. Finally got my stuff and headed home to enjoy my now coldsoggy greasy chicken and taters and half full regular Poppins at 6:35... Not even an upgrade or a sorry from the staff... I'ddefinitely take my $70 elsewhere next time and recommend others do too. Read more
