Staff are nice enough and i think they do try. But i have never once been through and gotten my order correct. There is legit... always something wrong, burger not spicy, forgot an item, completely wrong order, and i can go on..i wish i didn't like KFC asmuch as i do so i would stop going. My Hubby had an issue with kFC in Manuel?s, The absolute worst place to go , and I called the store and spoke to ,,Someone who... claimed to be a manager and explained my situation and told he was going to talk it over with another manager?? Here are my following complaints: 1)The Employee stated that there would only be a 7 minute wait time for a particular item and... we were instructed to wait in the parking lot. We waited a total of 35 minutes for one burger and a 3 piece chickenmeal. 2)When we got back home and looked at the order it wasn?t even the right order. 3)The portion of the fries was only halffull and the drink was only half full as well.
