I had the grossest dinner tonight thanks to #pizzapizza. Walked into the Collingwood location ordered deep fried pickles and... deep fried jalapenos. Waited at the only free table which was littered with random half eaten pizza crusts. Got home and thepickles were a burnt wad and raw on the inside the jalapenos we're not cooked and raw. 45 minutes on the phone and they offereda store credit or a refund worth 50% of what I paid instead of a full refund. Inedible, not fully cooked and completely theirmistake and I cannot have a full refund. Like I want to eat that sh@t now. This is absolutely the worst pizza and customer service experience I have ever experienced. Aside from entire order missing... items, the pizzas were burnt and taste awful we had to order from another local pizza house. When confronted, the stafflaughed several times and spoke only in hindi to each other while making fun of me... the customer. Sad to see this type ofbehavior in Collingwood, an area that thrives from tourists like myself. Such a shame this racist behavior still exists in 2022.I will no longer support pizza pizza. Read more
