I had Pork Katsu dinner. It comes with a salad, miso soup and plain rice. Salad was good because of the dressing. Loved the miso... soup packed full of flavor. The pork cutlet was tender and crispy but lacked seasoning and flavor. The sauce served along it wascold!? I wasn't expecting that! Even worse the sauce tasted so much like the Swiss Chalet gravy.
