My dad and I occasionally drive from Owen Sound to Collingwood just to stop at this Mr. Sub. Not only are the subs phenomenal,... but the staff have always been exceptional. The owner and his son deliver some of the best customer service I?veexperienced. To make a long story short, I was holding my baby and while at the park my sub blew away and fell on the groundbefore I could eat it. I went back to buy another one and the owners son made me a new one on the house. I was more than willingto pay, but it certainly made my day. I can?t say I?ve ever had that happen before.
