Was really good service and great food and was good place
On August 22 I took some athletes to BP for dinner. We planned to meet there for 4:30 to take advantage of your happy hour... prices for the appetizers. We ordered the bandara bread and cactus cut fries prior to ordering the two pizzas. When ordering theapps, I pointed to the two choices on the Happy Hour Menu. When the bill came out, I had been charged full price (which is overdouble) the amount for both the apps. I politely mentioned it to the employee who provided us with the bill. She left, came backand told me that we had been given the regular size appetizers so didn?t qualify for the happy hour price. She did say, however,they would give us a small discount for the inconvenience. When I told her that we had arrived and ordered during happy hour,using the happy hour menu, she told me that the server who took our order was new and likely didn?t realize. As I was there witha younger audience and was treating them to supper, I didn?t escalate the matter further. That said, the error was made by theserver, therefore, was not something I should have had to pay for. This is unacceptable that the customer paid for their errors. Read more
Well, simply excellent! The pizza was well cooked and delicious, the service was friendly.
My family and i had a excellent experience with the staff and the food was wonderful!
