Who doesn?t love a mozza burger, or a double. I remember as a teenager grabbing this all the time. Still taste as good as... before just don?t forget to add a side of fries. Staff are always fast and friendly. Orders are always done with no mistakesand always taste great when I get home to chow down. Try this location you won?t be disappointed. Read more

Ice machine not working for the fountain pop. Poutine came in and was cold, after taking it back to counter and talking to the... cashier , she brought the "cook" out who argued with me that the gravy was hot, maybe it was because the curds were cold. Toldher that did not matter, the poutine should be warmer then room temperature( and that was being generous in temperature) andsince my chicken burger was hot and fresh , I believed the poutine was made too soon and sat to wait for the burgers to be done.She finally offered to make a new one, which was hot and thanked her. Husband used the facilities before leaving and only theurinals were available. Will not be stopping at this A&W again. Came for dinner with the kids. No chicken pieces. No milk. No bar with the kids pack (and they didn't tell us, and didn't see... any to address it). The onion rings were not cooked properly (batter falling off the onion). The 'How'd we do?' machine wasbroken/off. And the clock on the wall was also dead. We go to A&W all the time with the kids and generally have a goodexperience. This was the worst fast food experience we've ever had. Read more
