We ordered a plant-based buffalo sandwich today, and instead got chicken with a slice of what looked like melted cheese. While... meat analogues have been getting better over time, they don't replicate connective tissue in plant based options the same way,which is what I found in the sandwich. Pretty gross folks. I won't be returning, but on behalf of other customers that mightvisit, I hope you remind Cobourg Pizza Pizza that when people order plant based options, it's just easier to take the extracare, and give them what they ask for vs some other thing. I have ordered 2 party size pizza on the phone and they told me it will be done in 30min. or it's free. Got there 35 minutes... later and the guy was just starting to work on my order, I asked him is this mine? He said yes, I said I called more than halfan hour ago to place my order so I don't have to wait for it, he said we'll this is Pizza not a slice of bread so I can toast itin few minutes... so 1 star is a little too much for this store... It would have been great if the order arrived. 1.5 hours of no delivery, I called customer service who advised me that although... I had received a confirmation AND my credit card had been charged, no such order existed. I will avoid this chain at all costsgoing forward - clearly they are not reliable. Read more
Visited late Saturday night since this is the only place open till 2 am on weekends in Cobourg. Samantha at the front was very... pleasant and super quick. It seemed a bit short staffed since a lot of people customers came in together. She was quick,packaged the food nicely and still had time to chat with customers.
