Unsatisfactory customer service and poor food quality. I did a drive thru order and attendant told me I could no longer change... my small ice cap order into a medium-sized because it was already made. This was just few seconds after putting the order in. I also ordered bacon grilled cheese melt and bacon was missing when they handed it to me. They made me wait in the parking lotto replace it and they changed it with saggy two slices of bacon and unmelted cheese. I felt not being appreciated in thisrestaurant and attendant just waiting to complete her shift regardless if she has delivered what Tim Horton?s was expected ofher. Read more

Quite upset. Ordered a strawberry Watermelon quencher with no ice, got the lady to double confirm it in the drive-thru speaker.... When we got our drinks it had ice in it, got them to take it back and when I got the drink back and took a sip realized they hadjust scooped the ice out and gave me the same drink, there was still some ice floating. Cannot believe that, I've never hadthat happen before. There is a reason I order no ice. My teeth are sensitive and I cannot have super cold drinks. Got a niceshock. Thanks so much.
