The service is really good by the owner who is really friendly. They will do dairy free alternatives in their gravy as well,... which is really outstanding and the taste is up there for sure. Highly recommend this place. Read more
I have been coming to Delhi express for over 5 years now, the quality is amazing, the flavours, aroma and taste are hands down... the best in Chestermere. I think me and my wife have had all the Indian cuisines in SE Calgary and a few places throughout NE and NW Calgary. Delhi... Express is by far the best in town. We ordered 3 times in a couple months to be sure. Out of 10 Best Flavour 10, Portions forprice 9.5, Meat Quality 8.5. Vegetarian 9.5. The only reason meat quality is down, is because we ordered the lamb 3 times andall three times they are not as tender as you would normally get from most places. chicken however is spot on. I will be ravingabout this place when ever I can bring up the topic! The review I left a while back was true to the restaurant. But the lasthalf a dozen times we have had not up to par meals. We usually order the same stuff, but the food tastes less and less likeIndian food and more like tomato paste and blah chicken. There was one instance that I asked for lamb and they gave us beefwithout telling us and thinking we wouldn?t notice. I called and complained but it seems like it?s a normal thing to do. I?mdisappointed I thought we had the best Indian food close by, not sure if the cook left or not but my last meal made us sick. Idon?t think I?ll be going back. Read more
