Girls serving on Drive trough are becoming more Rude and Rude at this McDonald?s. Always Ordering via mobile app and pick up at... drive Trough. Most of the McDonald?s they asked you if you are cumulate point with app order and than they ask you the Code tolocate the order. But here it is an other story. Today i told girl i did the order one the app. I give her the Code Number. Shewasn?t getting it. She ask me if I was order from mobile Appel, I said Yes. And than she told me I should have tell her That.3rd time this 2 passed week this Happened. I went to the widow, the other girl started listing my order and the I was asking herthe different between points cumulatif order and a Mobile order. She cut me off before I finished my Question. Saying she wasnot the one talking on the Microphone. An other girl was seating right to her with the headphones. Than she close the window. Iam not a Drama Queen to ruin a beautiful Blessed Sunday I had. You most teach those workers of yours. Customer Service is theKey. My mother and I usually get decent service here at Mcdonalds, however today was bad, like really bad. We go in the drive through... and my mom orders a large fry with a large cafe frappe WITH a mcdouble Trio no onions. Not only do they mess up and forget amedium fry and cafe frappe, they have us pay for it when it was their mistake. Plus they put onions on the burger that we stated"no onions!"
