No smile, always rude and they always get my order wrong. ALWAYS! Most of these kids have no idea what customer service is. I... mean, to pause service to answer your personal cellphone with text messages?.and when they get my order wrong, which happensevery time, they NEVER offer to add what was missing to my order. I see a few comments about being understaffed? That?s just badmanagement and there?s often 5 to 7 employees, I would not be surprised, if a bunch of them went on break at the same time. Read more

So very disappointed with this location in recent months. The staff are so unfriendly and even rude. Waiting for your order... becomes a trauma, as it is long to get your food and it is rarely what you asked for. We were served by the manager on oneoccasion and this was the worst yet. Never appears to be a shortage of staff, but evident their priority is the drive thru. So,we are giving up on this location. We then went to the location further down on St. Jean Baptiste. Super friendly staff and wereceived what we ordered. However, they were closing the store at 2:00pm due to a shortage of staff. However, they did not posta sign on the door. We have now relocated to the location on D'anjou. Staff are polite and we received what we asked for.However, they were greatly lacking muffins, donuts and bagels. I understand these are trying times, but quality of serviceshould not be this bad. Read more
