I was here today for lunch and I 've been this place a few times before. However today my experience was terrible and lost... appetite because of the so called owner lady. She was very rude since beginning . I wanted to have the deal what it shows onapp. She told me it is only available from app. So I set there and order through the app. I didn't want to spend too much timeto picking all veggies and that so I basically pick one from site didn't edit any and then sent to order. When the order come totheir system I was asking if we can get toasted and lots veggies She just says, no! you get what you ordered on line only. Can'tchange any! I have been this place so many and didn't have trouble before but OMG this women is something else. When I looked atmy order later, the bread should be Italian and without asking, I was there whole time, she changed to white bread. There aremuch more things that can't describe all. But she was just rude and must wake up wrong side of bed. Next time when I needsubway, I will go to downtown subway instead. Read more
Honestly just awful business practice. If you?re going to threaten people with calling the cops for not wearing a mask, maybe... you should at least provide them? Rude staff that obviously don?t care about their job. I believe there is only 1 guy in there that actually seems to care about his job. Lighten up on the restrictions like honestly. Read more
I love that every bite is an adventure. One bite has lots of mayo, the next bite has mustard, and maybe after that you?ll get... some meat. I normally love sourdough bread, but I prefer if they bake like that, not that it goes sour because it?s old. Ididn?t realize you could mess up a sub as bad as this, and when you try and talk to the manager about it, he doesn?t seem tocare. The one thing that bugged me the most was watching the workers including the manager constantly putting their fingersunder their masks while they are handling food. Read more
