Drive through is always closed in the morning and you CANNOT get breakfast. They do as little as possible and should change the... sign to open when we feel like it. This McDonald's location quite simply is a disaster! Routinely wait 10-15 min to get your order (its not even busy before 6am)!... Do yourself a favour & use the drive through - generally better/preferential treatment there. Though today the whole place wasclosed at 5:45am - no drive through, no nothing! So much for 24h a day! Very disappointed yet again when I got home to my family and realized I was given the wrong order and the order we did get was... cold. Our drinks were just carbonated water with no syrup and the mcflurries were made of more filling then ice cream. Weordered a 10 pc mcnugget combo and got a mcchicken sandwich with pickles instead. We also ordered a sausage mcmuffin and insteadgot a quarter pounder with extra pickles. This seems to be an ongoing issue with staff training and switch overs as it hashappened more times that I can count now. As a fast food drive through that takes 20min just to order and than get the wrongorder Im more than frustrated by the money and time wasted. With the economy the way it is you would at least think that aperson could get what they pay for instead of wasting their hard earned money on food that wasn't ordered. I was not given areceipt as well or else I'd go back to talk to the manager and get my money back so I could give their food back and gosomewhere I'd get what I ordered. Please spare us the time especially mine with a generic comment in response to this post as Ihave seen on multiple previous reviews. Id hope this restaurant would just do a better job in the future although I'm skepticalthat anything will change judging by the number of complaints and the generic response to them. Read more
