Never again will we go to this subway location! Was here 3 weeks ago and the female employee didn't wait for me to tell her what... else I wanted on my sub all I had was ham and cheese either she is deaf or didn't want to bother adding what I wanted,she justwrapped it and passed it on. Should have been a red flag but hubby went back tonight only because it is closer to where we live.He ordered me a meatball sub and when I opened it there was lettuce, green peppers,onions, meatballs, sauce and cheese ! Ordered online and realized immediately after I pressed ?submit? that I didn?t change the pickup time for later in the day. As... there is no way to edit an order or cancel it, I tried to call the store. The phone rang and rang and no one picked up. I calledrepeatedly until someone picked up but, by that time, they had already made the sandwiches. The female employee who answeredexplained how busy they were and that it was my fault (agreed - my mistake for not editing the time on the online order), butbasically offered to do nothing about it. Had they just answered the phone, they could have avoided making the 6 subs at thatmoment? Pretty sure the sandwiches I picked up over 5 hrs later were the ones they had made earlier in the day. They were soggyand some parts inedible. I realize this started with a mistake on my part, but I did everything in my power to correct it.Ultimately paid $70+ for soggy old sandwiches. Read more
