You?d be hard pressed to find better sushi in Campbell River. It?s close to the Quadra Island Ferry terminal. The beef yaki udon... and sushi won?t disappoint! Sapporo on tap was a pleasant surprise :) The ingredients are plentiful and fresh. The flavours areexquisite. Our server Hayden was attentive and efficient despite the busyness of both the dining room and takeout counter. It?sbusy for a reason because they?re great at what they do! One of my favourite places to get sushi in the valley! Their rolls are delicious and I find they are generous with their... ingredients. The staff have always been so friendly and accommodating (dining in and for take out). Their tempura Is delicious(and not too greasy) and I find their wait times and prices to be very reasonable! Good solid sushi restaurant. If I were to change anything about the place it would be to have a slightly wider selection of fish... available. Having said that, I don't know how practical that is in a fairly small city on Vancouver Island. They had uni andother things on the menu that weren't available either time I went. However, the food quality was high, the service was good andit was a pleasant surprise to find a place which competed with restaurants in much larger more metropolitan locations. Read more
