Food was acceptable, but way overpriced. Not pleased with the service, I?ve come in more than once and the lady is chatting on... the phone. It doesn?t seem like taking orders is her priority. I didn?t feel valued as a customer. I wouldn?t mind the price ifthe service was better. Unfortunately this is the only Vietnamese restaurant in Campbell River so I guess there isn?t muchmotivation to improve. I would definitely come more often if it wasn?t for the poor service. We went to this restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent! Portion sizes were decent for the price. Customer service... could?ve been better, but the food made up for it. We were the only ones dining in so it was very laid back. Read more

Very curt, abrupt lady took our order... almost left over that. Ordered 3 appetizers, spring rolls were very small, sauce was... good, but roll was one of the worst EVER, unidentifiable, tasteless meat. Dumplings were hot, but super greasy and alsoflavorless. Chicken pieces, or whatever they were were soaking in grease.. probably the worst Vietnamese restaurant we've everbeen too. We don't leave very many bad reviews but giving this 2 stars was generous.
