I went To the Esquimalt location, and I had very bad customer service. My father was unsure of what he wanted since we've never... been before and the young woman at the counter was being snarky the whole time. When my father was unsure what the meal camewith she looked at the other cashier and giggled. So let's remember this is a fried chicken type place. It's getting 5 stars as just that. It's GREAT! Fast'n'Friendly, less... greasy, er, I'm not sure of a less un-nice way to say that, than a franchise I could name. I like the crispy, spicy and I stopthere with a RAVENOUS HUNGER after a long MTB ride, get the 3-piece with potatoes...and GRAVY, of course. They are just a tadspare with mashed serving size but the fries portions are good.
