As much as I love Starbucks, this location is slow to make drinks. Waited 25 minutes for my drink. I understand that it could... take a while to make all the orders prior to mine, but common man! Read more
This has to be the slowest Starbucks in a 200 mile radius. Seems like everyone, even the workers, are enjoying their... weekend. If you plan to come to pickup your food, be prepared to spend ~20 minutes waiting on the weekend. Read more
The manager here (not sure of her name but she has purple hair) really needs to be replaced. She walks around looking like she?s... mad at everyone/ has no regard & rude to customers. I called to tell her that because of what she considers ?training practices?she was doing at the store this morning she side tracked multiple different staff who were busy trying to fulfill orders,resulting in longer than normal wait times, and orders being fulfilled wrong. I couldn?t even get to the part where I tell her Ihad no espresso put into my cup full of steam milk this morning! of course she hung up the phone before I even got a chancebecause she didn?t like receiving customer feedback that was not positive. Not to mention answering the phone ?hello? instead of?thanks for calling Starbucks? etc. Well no worries girl I?ll deal with your 1-800 service department and your district managersince you don?t want to help me??? Disgusting customer service display from a store manager of all people. How embarrassing fora reputable company like Starbucks who normally prides themselves on great customer experiences! Her attitude doesn?t fit theculture here, please do better with your management choices. I certainly won?t be back until choices improve. Read more
This location was once great to go into. Now, not so much. I send in a mobile order 15 minutes early and stand in store for... another 10 and as much as 15. If ordering in store customers still wait more than 10 minutes for their order. The customerservice is not the greatest either. Maybe they need some new faces that are happy to come into work.
