25 minute wait and I didn?t even get my food, ended up getting a refund. Facilities were gross which should have been a red... flag. This place is the worst in maybe all of Ontario.I think ppl are still waiting in line. I think the positive reviews areeither old or from the employees. Best staff in town. Lady who often works mornings is a welcoming presence especially if you've bought from the McDonald's next... door. McDonalds should take note on how to assist a customer kindly and produce the order properly as someone has requested.Nothing but good things at Wendy's and not so much next door. Breakfast at Wendy's is also amazing here. 5 Stars to thewelcoming lady. It's one thing to do it once, twice but she's wonderful every time. Ordered a mobile order. Front staff was solo during Thursday dinner rush (5:30pm). Very busy, two others ahead and many behind... in line. Watched as my mobile order was skipped at first, and then it disappeared. When I asked the front counter they said theynever took my order and they were dismissive, like I was trying to get free food or something? Over twenty five minutes laterafter placing mobile order, I had to get a manager who had to pull up the deleted entries, and show the front counter attendantthat this is a mobile order and yes it is legitimate and payed for.
