Drive-thru is great. Ordering Inside the store is a disaster. Wen you order at the kiosk, you eventually get your food after... they serve the delivery orders - but you?ll still need to ask where your beverage is. When you order at the counter it seems abit faster. The delay seems to be the speed at which the bagels and hot food items come from the back area. The employeesdon?t communicate and this effects the speed and accuracy of the orders for those waiting inside. Great store, but wait in thelong drive-thru line.
