Went to grab breakfast this morning, which is a rare occasion and treat. Was met at the drive thru box with a "ya what do you... want" which through me off, then after making my order got a "yah yah drive up" like the person taking the order was mad someonewas at the drive through. The person that handed me my food was delightful and professional, the person taking the order wasactually the manager. Hash brown was stone cold, food was mediocre. This place is in a good location. Surrounded by stores, businesses and residents. This place is on the corner of Hespeler Road... and Bishop Street. Very close to the traffic lights. They do have free parking with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots. Theydo have Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. I have been here several times with friends and family. We sat in their diner area. The food we ordered was good. I ordered a Double Quarter Pound Cheese Hamburger, Fries and a Classic Coke. It was delicious. The food was served hot. The staff that served me did a good job. They were also nice and pleasant. They do have Restroomswith Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. Sometimes, I used their drive through. It can be busy at certain times. I seen peoplewith their children. They do have a play area for their children to have fun. I wished they had something like that when I wasa kid. Instead I had to behave at our sitting area and be bored listening to my parents. We can sit in our vehicles in theirparking lot and eat our food. They do have garbage bins we can use. Read more
Went there today at 3:30am and they had the bathrooms locked. Which was fine.. however, I asked for a key for my elderly... grandmother to use the washroom and the manager refused to give the key because they have to do ?maintenance? in the bathroom.The girl Didn?t care and I was asking her please it?s for my poor grandmother and she cannot hold it? and she still wasn?tunderstanding. I understand that McDonald's is not fine dining but I do expect some degree of sanitation standards be upheld in any restaurant.... I had mentioned that the drink area was not clean and upon doing so, the staff behind the counter began to talk about me in adifferent language, assuming I wouldn't understand, and laugh about it. Then after enduring a meal and a half hour stay, whichwas accompanied by many flies, nothing had been cleaned. So I decided to post. Rude, disrespectful and filthy!! That was ourexperience. Read more
