Absolutely horrible customer service this location won't even pick up the phone. Was calling to inquire about an order that was... taking much longer then it should of. I feel sorry for people wanting to place an order because as long as they are busy enoughthey will turn down other customers. What a great way to run a business Read more
Ordered a double tender sandwich. All you could taste was pepper. I don't know if the shaker broke but you couldn't taste... anything else. Also, KFC stopped their honey mustard sauce. Extremely disappointed since that's the only reason I get thefries. Read more
It's OK. Not sure if anyone has noticed the pieces seem to be smaller. That's because they have. They are cutting the pieces in... half. They are not using smaller chickens. Mary Browns still has the full size pieces. Fior that matter try the NEW KitchenChicken on Avenue and Franklin; full size pieces and very tastey. Read more
Legendary staff from as a child still work here and provide legendary service. Sandie is top notch. All the people from the... previous location who moved onto this one are amazing. New staff can be hit or miss, I still love it here though. Read more

They do have WheelchairAccessible Parking lots and Entrances. They do have takeout and delivery. They also have a diner you can sit down to eat.
